You're looking at The Playboy Mansion, just put up for sale for $200 million. Since the deal will be structured as a "living estate," any buyer will have to allow the mansion's famous resident, 89-year-old #HughHefner, to continue renting the house until his death.

Hefner bought the mansion in 1971 for a then-record $1.05 million. The home is unlikely to fetch anywhere near $200 million, according to brokers.
