On Instagram, we’re really able to illustrate that side of our brand story. We’re not just a tech company to our followers; we’re a city guide, helping our followers discover places with us. ________________________________________Q: When posting, what is your Like/Comment threshold that makes it acceptable? A: We try to outdo our last post. It pushes us to do better and think critically about the images and captions we’re posting. Obviously that can be tough, but when we do fall short, we regroup as a team and see where we can continue to improve. We learn a lot from our successful posts, but we learn even more from the ones that aren’t as popular.  ________________________________________Q: How do you measure your brand influence on Instagram? A: We primarily track follower growth and engagement. While follower growth isn’t necessarily the most important metric, it’s obviously very important. If we have a dip in followers, we’re going to look into the cause. Our current engagement ratio is extremely important (likes divided by followers). It allows us to see if the posts we’re publishing resonate with our followers.
