About the Shot: #Alligator Mouth - First off, none of what you see is added in post production. We used a pixelstick to help lay down the graphics.  For those who don’t know, the pixelstick is a light painting tool that allows you to project an image (or text) during long exposure photos.
Anyways, back to the photo.  We have recently been trying to add cool perspective to our shots for #Halloween, so we went searching for a cool prop that would look like the GoPro is inside the mouth of a monster.
How the Shot was Captured: This shot took a look more precision and work than we thought. First we started off getting the #GoPro with a good view looking out of the mouth. Enough to show the teeth and jaw, but also wide enough to actually show what was being shot. We set up a light behind Bill, spinning the wool, get a bit more depth in the shot. As I started the photo, I ran the pixelstick along the wall, turned it off, and ran it down the other side of the wall. As Bill started to spin the wool, I changed the pixelstick to the next image which was the text, and laid that down. For those who don’t know, the pixelstick is a light painting tool that allows you to project an image during long exposure photos. Camera was set to: 30 second exposure / iso 100 / native temp / flat color / low sharpness / 2 stop ND filter
