運動も好きだけど、お話しするのも大好きな私…今日は体、地球、食べ物、マインドなどのトークを一時間以上してたよ。新しい事沢山学んだ！いつまでも素直にインプットできる自分でいたい！自分の意見はある！でも人を聞ける自分がいるからこそ、学べる。だから毎日ノーンストップ！毎日仕事も楽しむし、旅にも行くし、人とふれるし、勉強もするし、資格も取るよ！何よりもいつでもcuriousな自分でいたい！習い事、勉強、経験、コミュニケーションは無駄な時間じゃないね〜今日もハッピーな一日でした?✨
I love to work out but I also love to talk and learn about the body, mind, planet,food, etc. today was that kind of day at the gym. I was there for quite long time hearing new things from someone who has more knowledge then I do in certain topic. I'm so glad I have a sincere ear to hear things and input new things in my life. Of course I have my own opinion about things but I try to keep my mind open and shut my mouth sometimes so I learn more LoL thats why I always start something, study something , travel, experience new things , communicates lot. It's never a waste of time. I hope I always have this curiosity about things so I keep growing ✨?
