Don't let fear happen to you? Overcoming fear takes A LOT of work, your ego is an a**hole and wants to keep you in the "safe" (aka boring & stunted) confines created by your fears, it can be painful and scary to break free, it takes introspection, getting out of your comfort zone, change, growth, and believing in yourself, but it's SO worth it. Worst of all the work is NEVER done, but it's a blessing in disguise because when you've made a commitment to yourself to face down your fears, it keeps you in a constant state of self-awareness and evolution. And in the end, the harder you work at it, the less you fear and the more you LOVE, which, I think, is the goal for most of us and really does make the world a better place. #SaturdayRant
