Today, the Museum is hosting an all-day #TEDxMet event. The theme of the program is The In-Between. This theme speaks to the strength of a museum that stretches so far back in time and across so many cultures. The main stage is at The Met Breuer, the landmark building designed by Marcel Breuer. The building itself serves as the inspiration for the day: no longer the Whitney Museum, and not yet open to the public as The Met Breuer, a building in-between.
