The Helicopter Underwater Escape training is a tough simulation where a helicopter module, after impact the water, capsize down with all passengers onboard. Keep calm, bracing for impact, activate the emergency breathing system, break up the window and evacuate the helicopter in few seconds is the only way to pass this test. All off-shore wind personnel must go through this training among others, to be accepted by their companies to work in such environment like the ocean.
As well myself I had to pass through this to be able to document for @ナショナルジオグラフィック a huge wind farm on the North Sea.
