Arm gains ?? Can we just take a moment to appreciate the progress that has been made right here! The left was taken well before I ever lifted a weight. I used to be super duper naturally skinny. I describe myself as "skinny fat" aka I ate poorly and didn't exercise but I was skinny with no muscle tone. My challenge has been gaining weight and gaining muscle. I know it's not as hard as losing 50 pounds or overcoming obesity - but it's been a pretty big and difficult task that has taken years! The main thing that has helped has been lifting weights, and lifting heavy ones. If there's one thing that changed my body more than anything it was resistance training. Along with dramatically improving my diet, increasing my protein intake and fuelling my body appropriately. It's been a long slow process and I have made mistakes along the way but I can safely say I am pretty proud of how far I've come ?? Oh and on another note - I weigh about 10kg more in the right hand picture. Weight is just a number guys ☺️✌?️#girlgains @thegirlgains
