The Ryugyong Hotel. This 1000ft. (330m.) building/hotel has been under construction since 1987. It's exterior was recently completed while the inside still remains unfinished. Credit for design goes to Baikdoosan Architects & Engineers but I couldn't find any further information on the company. Construction can be credited recently to Orascom Corporation who supposedly specialize in Egypt and the Middle East. Further information was also difficult to find. We weren't able to see this structure up close. #contrateur
