Dog sledding on the Punch Bowl glacier earlier this month. Alaska’s immensity is overwhelming. The shear size of it all, the immensity is like nothing I’ve seen outside the Tibetan Plateau. Its a huge world up there. My musher this day had spent most of the summer on the glacier, 80 plus days keeping the dogs in shape and trained for the coming winter racing season. #alaska
