Weekend Hashtag Project: #WHPforeveryoung

Inspired by Los Angeles-based photographer Tierney Gearon (@tierneygearon), the goal this weekend is to use your camera to be as playful as possible and make photos and videos that unlock your youthful creative energy. “My mind works very similar to a child’s mind,” says Tierney. “I live moment to moment.” Along with her children and family friends, Tierney is constantly adventuring out with props and art supplies to make ordinary moments into extraordinary and fun art projects. Here are some tips to get you started with advice from Tierney: Set up something playful with friends and do something silly. Add colorful elements by wearing blocks of bright colors or using props. Experiment with different angles to see how it changes perspective. Have fun and see where your imagination takes you.
