Fall for Macarons ??Truly falling in love with these macarons that play out the nostalgic notes of autumn ? This afternoon, I finally learnt how to make Chocolate-dipped Macarons with Salted Caramel filling and Mocha-infused Macarons sandwiched with intense Dark Chocolate Ganache at @TheKitchenSocietySg

All these are done successfully under the close supervision of Instructor Weixian, chef-owner of Bonheur Patisserie which sells one of the best macarons in town. I'm glad he is so patient at teaching slow students like me haha
With a maximum of 8 participants, the class was highly engaging and rewarding as each of us was guided hands-on and we had the opportunity to ask questions anytime.
