Today's @beachbodychallenge #brazilbuttlift has left my legs feeling like pumped up rock, so I took a rest to watch #AmericanSniper about #chriskyle and it tore my heart. War is a terrible thing that destroys lives on both sides of the battlefield. I cannot even begin to comprehend what these soldiers go through, nor the innocent lives that are lost and changed forever for being caught in the middle. The only evil in this world is in the hands of the hopeless, but please realise that when there is nothing left to lose you have everything to gain. Fill the world with love and keep our loved ones safely at home. Fighting fire with fire will only ever burn us all. My dear grandfather served and my ex boyfriend and it made my heart heavy to watch them both struggle back home in civilian life.
