Only took us 5 years to get just perfect .... Barbecoa Tender but crispy chicken wings .... Now there back on the menu very very soon :) ....so the chicken wings get a Light flavoured 8 hour brine ,hot smoked low and slow on apple oak for 4 hours served with compressed watermelon in lime, Ginger , chilli , lime , and a kinda Som Tam style dressing ,ketchup manis and sesame seeds, spring onions , coriander delish!! good times thanks team @barbecoa
