Rise and shine!☀️☀️☀️ I made a big pitcher of juice this morning: beet, romaine, cucumber, ginger, pineapple. So good. I didn't tell you guys but I have officially done 21 days off sugar and coffee! I feel really good. I'm still eating fruits but have cut all refined/added sugars and coffee out. For two of these three weeks I stayed completely away from alcohol too but @dennisfromsalad pushed me off the wagon by making his famous Pomaritas...??? I am always healthy overall but I have a HUGE sweet tooth, and started drinking a ton of coffee while we were on tour. It's nice to have a clean start! 3 weeks in and I feel great - all of my late night cravings for sweets have completely disappeared. Crazy!
