Injuries are one of the biggest fears of competition climbers. Snapped this picture with my friend @アレックス・パッチシオ just after the Vail World cup finals.

Alex unfortunately suffered a huge injury in warmup to her knee which will end her season. My thoughts go out to her and I wish her a speedy recovery. I'm sure she will have her ups and downs during rehabilitation and I know how much social media can actually cheer people up! Hang in there Alex, at least you can do fingerboard workouts!
