So a lot of people have asked what's up with the American Craftsman pilot we did. Looks like there is no takers. He pissed off just about everyone at Discovery Network. They all said it was a mistake and I was an embarrassment. Monster Garage became the most profitable show in Discovery's history. So that was a long time ago. Today things are much different in the TV landscape. I'm not sure where I fit into all of it. Sometimes it seems like me trying to sell myself, and all these show ideas is just my ego talking. I feel like I should just keep my head down and work on Guns, Bikes, and cars I have going on in my shop. When I think about all the amazing craftsmen that I have introduced the world to First. Via the many TV shows I've done. Guys like : Jerry Fisk, Fay Butler, Uri Hofi, Steve Davis, Indian Larry, Lil' John Buttera, Chris Rusch, Billy Lane, Cole Foster, Jeff Decker, Gene Winfield, Norm Grabowski, Dick Dean, Bill Hines, Fat Jack, Mark Rowe, Carl Morrow, Louis Fry, John Reed, Tom Fugle, Dick Allen, John Harman, Benny Hardy, Suger Bear, Cliff Vaughs and many many more.
It puffs me up and makes me think maybe bigger things are yet to come. Until then I will be happy just working in my little shop. Doing what I love.
