Still got it. 10 rounds all unbroken yesterday in part of an EMOM. In trying to up the kilos on my working sets i need to not have zero cardio. Adding in some basic crossfit workouts a couple times a week is really helping. Getting it back little by little. Also a big fan of the - do more so i can eat more- mentality.
