Seit heute ist es nun offiziell! Nach drei wunderbaren Jahren beim 1. FC Köln werde ich mich ab Sommer neuen Herausforderungen bei Tottenham Hotspur in der Premier League stellen.
Es waren tolle Jahre in der Stadt am Rhein und ich bedanke mich beim Verein und bei allen Fans für die großartige Unterstützung und die Chance, die mir geboten wurde. Der Abschied, den Ihr mir beim letzten Heimspiel bereitet habt, war ein unglaubliches Erlebnis, das ich nie vergessen werde! Dem FC, den Fans, der Stadt und meinen Mannschaftskammeraden wünsche ich viel Erfolg für die Zukunft und ich drücke für die nächste Saison fest die Daumen, dass der FC seine sportlichen Ziele erreichen wird.
Nach diesen Jahren beim Traditionsclub 1. FC Köln und den besten Fans der Liga freue mich nun auf die neuen Herausforderungen und Erfahrungen beim Traditionsclub Tottenham Hotspur. Im Mutterland des Fußballs bei einem Traditionsverein spielen zu dürfen, war ein Kindheitstraum, der nun für mich in Erfüllung geht! Ich werde alles geben, um mich auch bei den Spurs weiterzuentwickeln und hoffe, dass Ihr mich auch weiterhin so toll unterstützen werdet.

Today it is official! After three great years at 1. FC Köln I will encounter a new challenge over the next seasons with Tottenham in the Premier League.
I had a wonderful time in Cologne and I would like to thank the club and all the fans for the great support and the opportunity I received. The farewell you gave me at the last home match was an incredible experience that I will never forget! I wish 1. FC Köln, the fans, the city and my teammates every success for the future.
After these years at 1. FC Köln, a club with a long tradition and the best fans in the Bundesliga, I am looking forward to new challenges and an exciting experience with Tottenham Hotspur, also a club with a long tradition and great fans, my new teammates and the complete Spurs´ staff. By playing in the motherland of football, a childhood dream is coming true for me. I will do my best to continue my personal development and hope that you will support me in this great manner in future too.
