I asked two young women who were also taking pictures if they thought it was a conceptual art work, or what? They replied that such collections of locks also exist on fences in Paris and in Seoul, and that lovers put the locks there to show their devotion to one another. Okay, but why this spot of all the fences around? Did the idea travel by internet from abroad, or did it somehow happen spontaneously? What do you think? Les pregunté a dos mujeres jóvenes ahí quienes miraban lo mismo si les pareció una exposición de arte conceptual.
