I was filming in Kamaishi today where had big damage from the tsunami in 2011. Still not perfectly recovered but it's a lot better and I could feel good energy from the land and the people who is putting a lot of efforts to recover the town. I was again reminded that we are living with Mother Nature and we must respect that. I am also praying for the people in Nepal. Please stay strong.
