Do you have any ideas what this is? It's caulerpa lentillifera, a #seaweed well known here for being cultivated in #Okinawa's ocean. It's been eaten from a long time ago in Okinawa, and it's usually called sea #grapes (#海ぶどう) since it just looks like little grapes. We eat it #raw with soy sauce or sanbaizu, which is a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and sugar, and enjoy the bubble wrap texture, but it's also nice to put it on Okinawa soba or to eat it with Sashimi.
