On February 2nd 1952, Hubert de Givenchy showed his very first Haute #Couture Collection with Top Model Bettina Graziani as Head of Communication. Bettina opened the show with what became the iconic ‘Bettina Blouse’. Half a century later, she is still known as “the most photographed woman in France”.
