This past Friday marked the kickoff of #ProjectVolcano, an intense running circuit involving all of Italy's active volcano peaks. Congrats to #Vibram athlete (and math teacher!) Gianluca Moreschi on completing Mount Vesuvius' 11km first leg, climbing 1,280m+ in 58 minutes and 49 seconds. Passion, tenacity and your @VibramFiveFingers Spyridon MR #trailrunning shoes propelled you to the finish. The event's next stages take place in April and June and include Mount Etna (3,000m+), Stromboli (924m+) and Vulcano (500m+). Best of luck, Gianluca.
