With all the comfort of pasta and the lightness of fresh veggies! It's brilliant in between rehearsals and only takes 10 minutes to make the night before!! So how can you make this brilliant dish? Easily !! What you'll need: 2 zucchinis 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds 1 avocado Juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon olive oil A spiraliser / peeler Method : With a spiraliser spiral your zucchini into noodles. If you do not have a spiralizer and are desperate to make these, then peal the zuchinni into fettucini. To make the sauce blend all ingredients together until smooth.
