#tbt #throwback I don't even know this girl!! One of my first few days at Crossfit around 2 years ago. Trying (putting in a lot of effort too) to clean 100#. I remember i had just deadlifted 135# the day before straight up TERRIFIED to pick it up. #startedfromthebottom Everyone has to start somewhere, what matters most is what you have in your heart- not your physical ability.
