Here's a VEGETARIAN meal prep for those of you who have been asking about how to use your #FlavorGod seasonings with veggies. Check this out by @strictly_fitness_.

Vegetarian meal prep week 99 4 day prep
LUNCH:
All organic veggies Kale Carrots Green beans Bell peppers ( red, yellow and orange) Cauliflower Baby broccoli Zucchini Asparagus Seasoned with Chipotle @Flavorgod Seasonings Baked sweet potatoes seasoned with Everything Spicy @Flavorgod Seasonings & Brown rice.
SNACKS:
Cantaloupe Watermelon ( low carb fruit ) Dry roasted almonds Apples Oranges Avocados.
MORNING COCKTAIL:
Apple cider vinegar Drink 1 to 2 Tablespoons in 8 oz of warm or cold water on an empty stomach 20 minutes before you eat. Previous post will show the unbelievable benefits of doing this daily.
Dinner I will cook dinner each night and I have prepared some veggies to add to the main course.
