@Flavorgod Seasonings kimchi fried rice with skewered shrimp and egg.

Easy and delicious
INGREDIENTS:
?3 cups - cooked rice
?2 tbsp - sesame oil
? 1 small white onion ( diced
?2-3 Tablespoons - soy sauce ( or coconut amino or liquid amino
? 2 eggs,lightly beaten
? 1/4 cup - carrots ( julienne cut)
?1-2 tbsp - #flavorgod garlic or lemon
OPTIONAL
?1/4 cup - scallions / diced
?1/4 cup - kimchi , diced
?1/4 cup - Bok Choy
?1/4 cup - frozen green peas
Any vegetables mix can be substituted
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat a large skillet or wok to medium heat. Pour sesame oil in the bottom. Add white onion and cook 1 minute.
After minute add kimchi (or veggie mix).Cook with onion 2-4 minutes. Once all mixed and cooked set aside in a bowl.
Now add beaten eggs into skillet.Using a spatula, scramble the eggs. Once egg is cooked, mix the eggs with the vegetable mix in the skillet. And season mixture with #flavorgod garlic or lemon.
Pour the soy sauce on top. Stir and fry the rice and veggie mixture until heated through and combined.
Garnish With #flavorgod seasoning and chopped green onions if desired.
Also I added shrimp and a sunny side up egg.
