#BigLove by @DavidDoubilet I found a stack of mating #loggerhead sea #turtles off #KeyLargo in the #FloridaKeysMarineSanctuary , The female turtle is on the bottom, many males often join the stack, I have seen 5 turtles in a single mating stack. In a rare moment the group rose to the surface to breath and returned to the sand next to me and continued to ignore my peeping. Loggerhead turtles are #endangered and their numbers plummeting due to #harvest #bycatch #LossofHabitat ingestion of #marinedebris.
