After 25 years and 500 + custom motorcycles and 100 + custom cars I've learned one thing. Pace yourself. The guy that gets a good night sleep and works a steady 10 or 12 hours a day gets way more done. The jackrabbit that works all nighters the first couple days? He's a wreck by the third day, and has to pray for a second wind to finish out the week. The procrastinator that is afraid to jump in and do it is left with only one option. He has to work all nighters to finish.
The steady eddy though. He usually finishes early, and has time to make final tweaks and put the spit shine on.
