Ahhhh I'm scared to post these pictures ?This is me this morning, at the very end of my bulk. I bulked hard and I've gained a lot of muscle and strength (and a bit of fat ?)! I have found it hard adjusting to gaining weight but my coach @be_x_fit always reassured me! I'm so glad we did the bulk as I've made so so SO much progress as a result of it. I've never been this strong before and I love it! But now I have now officially began the cut... I'm 100% dedicated and I'm so excited to see what lies beneath these Christmas gains.
