"#SteveEarle and his Australian Cattle Dog, Beau, at the House of Blues studio in Nashville during recording sessions for his forthcoming record, 'Terraplane.' Steve is listening to playback after a take. I've spent many hours with him in the studio during the making of his last several records. Mostly, I try to stay out of the way while getting as close as possible to my subjects. They're working and so am I. The last thing I want to do in a recording studio is to interfere with the process. It's a delicate balancing act.
