Stop waiting and start doing! Wake up and make the changes YOU want to see. When you don't like something change it. Growing up I wasn't happy with my body and I made a change. I worked out everyday until I saw a change. I didn't cry and make people feel bad around me. I woke up and told myself that I could change what I didn't like.
