Scott Newsome (@scottnewsomeeaglepass) was born into the ski/snowboard industry. His parents worked for the #ski resort at Lake Louise, giving Newsome a large alpine playground to build his skill set. After a stint in Whistler in the 90's Scott headed to Revelstoke, BC where he made his home. He became the first ACMG lead guide to become certified on a split board and went on to become a part owner, operator and lead Guide at the legendary Eagle Pass Heli ( @eaglepassheliskiing ) where film crews routinely come calling for amazing terrain and Newsome's solid guiding in tough conditions. Spending most days #deepinthemonashees gives Newsome the ultimate testing ground for our gear. Simply put, this guides' guide has helped many people have their own best day ever. Scott and his wife are raising two shredders that can be found on the hill or getting a Heli bump.
