Magic moment or tourist set up? Both. Sad to report that the famed fishermen of Inle lake are now actors for tourist cameras, paid for by tour operators. Why fish when you can pose for a lot more money. But it still takes a good photographer to capture the right moment when subject, light, and composition come together. Saw many a good frame from my group of workshop shooters but not one real fishermen catching fish with a dip net. #inlelake #myanmar @thephotosociety @theimagereview @natgeocreative
