Casadei announces the opening of the first boutique in Beijing. The opening is part of Casadei’s expansion strategy in China, which, together with the Shanghai store inaugurated in October 2014, foresees other seven openings in 2015 and in 2016.

The 83 sqm boutique is situated in the mall Shin Kong Plaza in Beijing. The polished steel ceiling and walls with their mirrored patterns of reflected light, shelves covered in soft white leather and the creamy Bardiglio marble and inlaid burnished Afrormosia parquet floor enfold a luminous, airy space. At the center, a daybed in white leather is placed on the inlaid parquet while the shelves of the cash area are covered in black leather.
The store’s interior decor reflects the philosophy of the brand’s creative director, Cesare Casadei, who creates an imaginary stage that not only casts the shoes, but also the client herself into the limelight.
