“It’s never just been a job, it’s been my life,” described Jim Marshall, famous for being one of the most prolific photographers to document the era of Rock ‘n Roll, about his photography. This week as part of @FotoWeekDC 2014, there’s a Jim Marshall Photography book signing and conversation with Amelia Davis (Jim’s former Assistant for the last thirteen years of his life) at the Leica Store Washingont DC. Amelia will sign copies of Jim Marshall’s book “The Haight: Love, Music, and Revolution” and share the stories behind many of his iconic works.
