Dorcas is hauling coal. With a 15% employment rate (yes you heard that right) kids are very often found selling on the street to help make money for their families. This was a HUGE problem before #Ebola. Now that schools are closed, many more kids are out on the street. It's a dangerous place for kids like Dorcus here to be, and not just because of Ebola. @morethanmeorg is going to build a boarding school for kids like her. We'll be here long after #Ebola is gone and #Liberia is out of the news.
This is @morethanmeorg's @KatieMeyler taking over @NBC News’ Instagram feed. Join me as I help #FightEbola from from Monrovia, Liberia. Learn how you can help by going to Facebook.com/NBCNews.
