Its a rain day, so what?
That's not a valid reason not to be happy!
Everything is inside of you, all the emotions, sadness, happiness, anger, love and so on... You just need to learn how to control it and choose right emotion everyday. We don't need the outside world to tell us how we feel, just bring the happiness out and enjoy the rain. Take control of you, your inner strength. Have a wonderful Monday ?☔️? #namaste
Ps. Here's a tip. Go to the toilet and lock yourself in for 5mun. Sit and close your eyes and focus on your happy thoughts. The positive stuff in your life or things you just love, dogs, kittens, kids, football whatever it is. Let the thoughts bring a big smile on your face and when you feel the energy of positivity flowing inside you and maybe even around you, then your ready. Go out and meet the world again. ?
