Today is high carb day!!! ??? That means it's time for high carb protein pancakes! ??? I literally was waiting for this morning my friends ? I like my pancake nice and moist and that how I make them
1/3 cup oats
3 oz sweet potato
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 scoop Optimum Nutrition Tri Cell Casein, vanilla flavor
Stevia
Baking powder
All spice
Lots of cinnamon!
Blend it all in magic bullet
Pan roast with no oil for 30 sec from each side ( no oil, because today is high carb day, meaning that we have to keep fats low today, so no healthy fats will be consumed today, we leave them for tomorrow ;) )
