The desire to find the world's deepest high-altitude #cave has led to 15 expeditions to Baisun-Tau in Uzbekistan. On the most recent #expedition the team focused on Dark Star cave (pictured). Here, two cave explorers make their way over the slippery ice in Full Moon Hall and down to the underground camp at -450m (1476ft), where they will spend three days away from sunlight exploring beneath the Baisun-Tau ridge in Southern #Uzbekistan.
