Having way too much fun at MDUSA today :) Broke down my technique with Don; really improved efficiency on Snatch and got some good cues to work on for Cleans. The 55 power was the last lift of the day, both Don & Trav were impressed with the improvements so I gave them a lil' curtsy #likeaboss ..the other 2 lifts are 65 and 69. Can't wait to go back soon...
