She's using @Motives Cosmetics Little Black Dress Gel liner. ✨TIP!✨ If your gel liner is getting a little thick and/or is hard to work with , dab a little beauty oil (or even makeup remover) on the back of your hand as well. ?Mix a tiny bit in with the liner on your hand which makes it much easier to work with! ?Use tape as a guide and your wing will be perfect! ? she always seals gel liners with the blackest shadows. @Motives Cosmetics Black Onyx shadow and an agled brush. ?Setting is a MUST? if you thin out your liner!!
