Bought this bracelet today as a daily reminder for myself.... We can spend our life trying to plan, but life rarely goes according to those plans. Don't waste precious time worrying or stressing- start being present in the Now, do something spontaneous, take the road less travelled, breathe fresh air, try something new, laugh a lot, do something just because you want to, enjoy the journey, start living in the moment and just BE.
