Missing these kind and beautiful hearts already. I could write a million poems. Sing a thousand songs. Post a trillion images and never touch at the core of these past two days. Shacked up at an Internet cafe in the mountains. 2 percent battery. 100 per cent heart explosions. Safe and sound and will never be the same. These novice monks welcomed me with laughter and games and tea and mediation techniques. There head monk was in the hospital ( he was 60 and still happy and living just checking his vitals two towns away ) so it was just me and my two porters, my lovely guide Lynn and these amazing group of young men all staying at the monstery for a night. After treking for 7 hours up mountains and gentle glorious farmland tended by the poh tribe we arrived near sun down to settle in for the night. A night that will live in my heart forever. Kind of fell head over heels for these fellas. Have never experienced such kindness and joyful laughter in my whole life. So much more to come. Blessings and gratitude. Xxxx
