Yup....I dine out about 2-3 times a week. It's not against my diet...its a PART of my lifestyle! My life doesn't revolve around the gym...the gym is just a part of my daily routine.

The day I neglect my social life and being around people I love...that's when we have a problem. I have no desire to be the most "shredded" chick around.
