Louisiana Instagrammer Stephanie Fernandez (@stephanie_fernandez) has chosen a canvas she is very familiar with for her art. "I know my face and body better than anyone," the 19-year-old explains. "What started out as an experiment with makeup has become my career aspiration and ultimately the love of my life."
