From a shark-hat-wearing coach to fans armed with cowbells, Ultimate Gold U18 (Great Lakes Region) is a wacky team to watch, but when you're 6-0, something is working. At the #BJNC, Coach Keith Kujawa is hard to miss with his now infamous shark hat, which his players have dubbed #Sharknado after the popular movie, or as Jacob Walenga (#7) would put it, "quite possibly the best movie ever." Why the hat though? "When coach is yelling at us and we see the shark hat on his head, it's hard to stay negative," Walenga said with a smile on his face, as his coach looked on.The shark hat could be a new tradition for the Ultimate Gold squad, much like the cowbell has become for the team. With every point scored on the Ultimate Gold side fans are quick to clang their cowbells in celebration, a tradition that started in Dallas. "We were down one match and we started ringing a cowbell, so now they are good luck charms for us," one fan explained. Maybe @Hailstate can help out with supplying some more bells for these gals, because as the famous #SNL skit would say, "I gotta have more cowbell." #HumansofVB
