We caught up with University of Arizona middle blocker Rachel Rhoades at the #GJNC where she is competing with the USA Volleyball Collegiate National Team. "It's amazing to play here in front of these girls because at one point I was one of those little girls playing in convention centers. I love the way they look up to us and we're able to talk to them one-on-one and give them an idea of what they are able to do if they stay committed to a sport." Rhoades is one of 36 athletes chosen from around the U.S. to play on the USA Collegiate team this summer."We have been doing double days of training for the past four days at the University of Minnesota. It's so nice to get all these different coaches' advice. The more feedback and opinions you get from different coaches, the better it is for your game." #humansofvb
