#BeloHorizonte is Brazil's "City of Bars." These famous establishments, called butecos, pride themselves on food and drink, especially in Minas Gerais. This little bar snack is called Tô Fora. It's a pastel tortilla with spicy ragu, creamy Brazilian catupiry cheese and dehydrated scarlet eggplant, doused in house-made hot sauce. Um, yes please!
